COMMERCIAL DIVISION

Key Responsibilities:
- Performing Administrative and Operational tasks
- Educating customers on AKTEL benefits and assisting Sales unit with innovative ideas to maximize sales
- Resolving customer complaints by routing them to Technical, IT or other concerned divisions
- Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly activity reports, alongside stock management
- Customer focus and business partnership
Education:
- Bachelor in Business Administration from a reputed national / foreign university
Experience & Skills:
- 1 year of working experience in relevant field would be an added advantage
- Should be able to speak fluent English and Bengali
- Should have basic computer skills
