TECHNOLOGY DIVISION

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision, analysis, ensuring proper solution for improving Radio network Quality, Optimum utilization of resources.
• Coordination and execution of optimization projects.
• Coordination with vendors, service providers for different optimization activity.
• Generate appropriate reports for management in making strategic decision.
• To arrange verification of planned changes in network to ensure proper performance.
• To ensure proper identification and improvement of QOS in special areas for customer satisfaction.
• Develop process for continuous improvement of optimization processes and development of skilled human resources.

 Education:

• B. Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)/Tele Communication Engineering from a reputed university

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 3-4 years of previous working experience in relevant field is mandatory.
• 2 years experience in supervision of Radio network Optimization activity.
• Sound knowledge and practical experience on GSM architecture, GSM communication flow, Cell and frequency planning, OSS, RNO tools, Drive test and post processing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skill.
• Should have strong leadership quality.
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
• Strong Interpersonal skills.
• Should have good computer skills.
