TECHNOLOGY DIVISION

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and ensuring proper solution for improving Radio network Quality and Optimum utilization of resources
• Preparation of daily traffic reports
• Drive testing and post processing of drive test data
• Addressing customer complains with proper solution
• Working with optimization projects
• Coordination with vendors, service providers

 Education:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering from any reputed university 

Experience & Skills:

• 1-2 years Experience in Radio Network Optimization (RNO) is preferable
• Basic knowledge on GSM architecture, GSM communication flow, Cell and frequency planning
• Knowledge on OSS, RNO tools, Drive test and post processing is preferable
• Having computer literacy in MS Office
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Proactive and a team player
• Good report writing skill
• Able to perform multi tasking functions

• Installation supervision & commissioning of BTS, Microwave at field
• Installation supervision of BSC/TC at field
• Transmission preparation for BTS, BSC/TC
• New BTS integration in the system through OSS/OMCR/Net Act
• To carry out Provisional Acceptance Test(PAT) of BTS, Microwave, & BSC/TC and handover to Operation
• Ensuring quality of work for BTS, Microwave & BSC/TC from relevant vendor.
• Critical support for swap activity at field and system at night.
• Proper reporting and updating of work progress with necessary documentation to supervisor.

 Education:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering from a reputed national/foreign university with good academic background.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of previous working experience in relevant field is mandatory
• Sound knowledge and practical experience on BSS, Transmission and BSS power system.

• Evaluation of LOS for TSS
• Microwave Link Planning using Pathloss & Connect
• Transmission Management System Planning and IP addressing (TMN)
• Rerouting and Re-parenting Plans for BTS
• Analyze microwave link and E1 route performance report for root cause analysis
• Propose effective solution for improvement of link performance and E1 route optimization
• End to end tracking with operation and end users to ensure the implementation of the solution

 Education:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience & Skills:

• 1-2 years experience in Transmission Planning is preferred
• Experience in Planning Tools preferred

• Network plan and design for the forecasted subscriber.
• Site survey and layout design for the acquired site.
• Network design to achieve business plan target.
• Layout design for the planned network.
• GSM frequency planning.
• Site survey and acquisition for network expansion.
• Design for antenna fixtures foe BTTS tower and TM’s own 20 meter tower.
• Process owner of Laser Transmission project, Spur link project.
• Any other job as per requirement of the Division.

 Education:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a reputed university.

Experience & Skills:

• 1-2 years experience in Access Network Planning is preferred
• Basic knowledge related to BTS/RBS, troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge on BTS, basic knowledge on management and leadership quality.
