Floreal Knitwear Ltd is the leading knitwear manufacturer in the African Sub-Saharan Region and is the second largest woolmark knitwear supplier in the world.
Its manufacturing units are operating in Mauritius, Madagascar, China, Bangladesh. Currently we are inviting applications for the following position for our Bangladesh operation.
Position: Quality Manager
Mandatory Qualifications
- Graduation ( any Position Relevant course will be added advantage)
- Fluency in English
- Experience of 7- 10 years
- Computer literate
Quality is the main theme of the project in order to maintain the quality.
Job Description: Candidate must be aware and has to have worked as quality assurance manager with adequate product knowledge and international quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Can handle Quality department
- Follow the quality management system
- Resolve quality issues and reduce the level of rejections in the initial stages of the production by proactively understanding the problems and resolving with practical and possible solutions.
- Ability to handle quality parameters as per the international standards
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and Zero claim.
- Develop process to review customer test reports
- Must be well conversant with compliance audit
- Maintain & keep confidentially of all compliance documents /reports
- Review product performances specs &test procedures for raw material and finished products
