Its manufacturing units are operating in Mauritius, Madagascar, China, Bangladesh. Currently we are inviting applications for the following position for our Bangladesh operation.
Position: Supervisor, Washing
Mandatory Qualifications
- Graduation ( any Position Relevant course will be added advantage)
- Fluency in English
- Experience of 7- 10 years
- Computer literate
Responsibilities:
- Report to factory manager.
- Follow the washing recipes.
- Ensure required chemicals used in garments.
- Knowledge of washing chemicals
- Knowledge of different kind of yarns, lambs wool, cotton, acrylic, cotton spandex, etc.
- Team Budgeting.
- Implement follow up systems.
- Execute Training.
- Ensure use of chemicals for different quality yarns/ garments.
- Knowledge of all related machinery in washing.
- Knowledge to treat different yarns/garments in washing
- Knowledge of all kind of softeners and stain removes.
- Knowledge of temperature systems while drying
- Knowledge of shrinkage control on sweaters
- Theoretical as well as had on experience on simple-x process for wool mark label
- All kind of bleaching
- All kind of enzyme &acid wash
- All kind of rust &oil removing treatment
- Easy care washing process for 100%wool sweaters simplex.
- Good knowledge on general issues such as pilling ,colour fastness and hand feel
- Ensure compliance requirements
- Meet the production targets as per shipping schedule
