Floreal Knitwear Ltd is the leading knitwear manufacturer in the African Sub-Saharan Region and is the second largest woolmark knitwear supplier in the world. Its manufacturing units are operating in Mauritius, Madagascar, China, Bangladesh. Currently we are inviting applications for the following position for our Bangladesh operation.

Position: Finishing Manager

Mandatory Qualifications

• Graduation (any Position Relevant course will be added advantage)
  
• Fluency in English
  
• Experience of 7- 10 years
  
• Computer literate

Responsibilities:

• Report to Factory Manager
  
• Ensure shipment dates
  
• Ensure ratio packing
  
• Perform Inline inspection & Pre final inspection.
  
• Prepare Team Budgeting.
  
• Implementing follow up systems.
  
• Promote team work amongst your staff and workers
  
• Ensure professional work relation especially with all production and services people
  
• Ensure the garments are consistently of high quality standard in terms of presentation /appearance /hand feel (all quality aspects in a pullover)
  
• Make sure that best possible training is given to your new staff
  
• Pack garments as per buyer required levels
  
• Ensure QC (Buyer) to come for shipments & inspections.
  
• Hold Pre-productions Meetings, Appreciation meetings & Risk Assessments meetings
