HEAD OF SALES AND MARKETING (Position :01)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a member of the executive team, this person will be responsible to lead sales and marketing team to grow revenue, profitability and market share in attractive market segments. The details of responsibilities are as follows :

• Market Segmentation:
  • lead the team to determine data needed to segment the market and to collect & analyze market data.
  • Segment the market based on well defined criteria and to estimate the size of each segment.
  • Target attractive segments based on company’s products, marketing strengths and competitive landscape.
  • Position the company and coordinate with manufacturing and service to execute marketing plan.
• Sales Operation:
  • Define a consistent and repeatable’ sales process with key activities in each of the steps
  • Train, delegate and empower sales force with segment/region/customer responsibilities and clearly defined short-term and long-term goals
  • Forecast yearly and monthly sales target based on target annual revenue and market information
  • Co-ordinate with manufacturing, installation and service to meet customer expectation
  • Monitor sales target closely to anticipate challenges and to take proactive action

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• Ideal candidate is expected to have an MBA from reputed university.
• 10 years experience in sales & marketing is desired.
