Position: Manager/Deputy Manager/Asst. Manager (Product Research & Development Division)

Job Description / Responsibilities
- Lead new product development starting from product concept, and manage the development process in order to ensure that it meets customer expectation and fulfill their satisfaction.
- Study and search all info related to new product concept, ingredient, or development process. Able to keep update on global product trend.
- Review and approve product formulation for industrialization, as well as the change of production.
- Manage and administrate R&D department in all aspects e.g. manpower, capacity, equipment, facility, etc.
- Encourage and support R&D team to follow company policy on standardq uality system and other related regulations e.g. safety rules, etc.
- Prepare the R&D annual budget, and manage effectively the departmental budget and have it aligned with company policy and business direction.
- Provide proper coaching to the subordinates at proper basis and need. Encourage and support the subordinates to receive proper training either in-house, or external which is needed and beneficial for their job performance or career development.
- Analyze and review the relevant monthly or yearly report for continuous improvement. Manage department performance through KPI system and drive the team to have it achieved as targeted.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor / Masters degree in Science (B.S.) or higher.
Experience Requirements:
At least 3 years working experience in any reputed organization in senior position.
