Job Description / Responsibilities

• Should be able to analyse chemical processes and suggest improvements/changes
  
• Design and implement raw material testing programs
  
• Design power & energy requirements in chemical plants
  
• Implement best practices in plant safety and hazard reduction/containment
  
• Carry out planning and layout of new plants, supervise plant implementation programs
• Provide technical support to operations for timely resolution of process/plant equipment-related problems.
• Evaluate performance of process equipment and control systems and conduct optimization studies to improve product quality and yield; reduce energy consumption; and improve plant availability.
• Conduct review of process and operation (through Process Safety Management) to enhance process safety.

Educational & Experiance Requirements: B.Sc in Chemical Engineering from BUET.

Additional Job Requirements
Self-driven & innovative attitude, and problem solving & decision making skills

• Good communication skills both in Bangla and English
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the right attitude to work as a team player.
• Computer literacy, good communication skill and fluency in English is desirable.
• Must be a team player and also should have the capability to work independently.
• Must be honest and hardworking.
