Job Responsibilities:

• Construction of high rise building; handling, monitoring and implementing large construction projects.
• Cost estimating, preparing and monitoring budget.
• Understanding preliminary architectural plan.
• Man-power deployment: Contractor & In-house both.
• Documentation and periodical reporting.
• Liaison with different govt. and non-govt. agencies.
• Maintaining occupational safety, health & security activities.
• Contractor’s bills verification & preparing BOQ.
• Commissioning and project handover.

Education: B.Sc Engg. (Civil) from a reputed institution.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 (five) years working experience with project real estate/ developer/ engg. firms and successful completion of minimum 3 (three) high rise buildings. Experience of working with occupational health, safety and security will be given preference.

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, proactive, innovative, energetic, hard working, target oriented and team player.
• Ability to handle work under pressure.
• Sound computer knowledge.
