Position : Asst. Manager-Origination and Development

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of young professionals in the Department of Origination and Development.
• Finding suitable land for development following systematic process.
• Negotiating with the Landowners and concluding the deals.
• Arranging completion of legal formalities with RAJUK and other authorities.
• Ensuring other logistical support to the Management.

Qualifications:

• Should be a self-motivated professional having 3-5 years’ experience in relevant field.
• Should possess Bachelor’s degree from a reputed University.
• Should have knowledge about the real estate scenario in different parts of Dhaka city.
• Should have excellent writing and verbal communication skill.
