Position: Executive Secretary (01)
This is a Management Level position which shall directly report to the General Manager of this International Hotel.

Requirements:

  • The applicant must be at least a Graduate along with  BBA Degree from a reputed University
  • Should be able to work independently under the guidance of The General Manager
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a multinational company as a secretary to the CEO or in a similar management role
  • Excellent capability of drafting reports, business correspondence, memo & notice
  • Liaise with travel agencies, hotel booking for the executives and to arrange  travel plans
  • Maximum 30 years of age on the last day of submitting application
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bangla and English for our International Clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite is must
  • Should be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Elegantly groomed, courteous and excellent inter-personal relationship
  • To attend Executives meetings and to prepare minutes of the meetings with Track and Measurement Results.
  • Maintain Executive Committee Members and Expatriates Personal files & leave records

Position: Business Center Secretary (02)

Requirements:

  • The applicant must be at least a Graduate from a reputed University
  • Good looking, well groomed, courteous and has good inter-personal communication skills
  • Good command in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with email/internet and secretarial tasks
  • Excellent written and spoken capability both in English and Bangla
  • Possess strong networking capability
  • Ability to work under  pressure and ready to work in shifts
  • Preference will be given to applicants  having working experience in similar position

Positions: Receptionist (02)

Requirements:

  • The applicant  must have at least Graduation degree from a recognized university
  • Guest oriented, smart, hospitable, quick-witted, hard working and willing to lend a helping hand
  • Possess  pleasant voice and perfect pronunciation both in English and Bangla
  • Proficiency  in written and spoken English
  • Good command in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in MS Word and Excel
  • Effective inter-personal communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and ready to work in shifts

Position: Health Club Instructor (01)

Requirements:

  • The applicant must be a Graduate from a reputed university
  • Well mannered, courteous and possess good health
  • Good inter-personal communication skills both in Bangla and English
  • Experience in teaching on Body Building, Shaping, Weight Loosing, and Physical Fitness
  • Physiological knowledge on Back Pain, Muscle strain and Relaxation
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and ready to work in shifts
  • Education qualification may be relaxed for experienced applicants
