The goal of Swisscontact is to promote sustainable development through collaboration with public and private sector partners in developing countries.
Swisscontact invites applications from qualified candidates for the following position for its Bangladesh country office.
Administrative Assistant
Duties and responsibilities:
- Managing reception area, receiving guests and managing the switch board ;
- Receiving and dispatching correspondence
- Supporting the administration department
- Maintaining a database of Swisscontact Bangladesh partners
Qualifications and competencies:
- Minimum Bachelors degree from recognized university with at least 2 years working experience in similar field.
- Strong communication skill in Bengali and English
- Strong computer skills will be preferred.
