- Portfolio Manager
- Customer Service Executive
- Research & Development Officer
- IT & Settlement (Trade Settlement) Officer
1. Portfolio Manager - (1 Nos.)
Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- Sound knowledge on fundamentals of the stocks traded in the capital market.
- Aware of the policies, rules and regulation of Security and Exchange Commission including Merchant Banking Regulation - 1996.
- Adequate knowledge on Margin rules of SEC and trading and settlement regulation of DSE.
- Familiar with CDBL functions in terms of settlement of security transaction and other necessary trading related guideline
- Possesses good analytical skills and decision making expertise
- Required ability to make presentations to clients, Executive Management and others related bodies.
- Must have adequate knowledge about industry's businesses, Economics, Financial structure, law, practices and regulations.
Educational Requirements: Candidate must be an MBA or Masters Degree holder from recognized university with no third division/ class or CGPA not below 3.25.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in the capital Market along with the experience of a Portfolio Manager, Issue Manager and underwriter.
- Applicant with exposure to any Merchant Bank will be given preference.
2. Customer Service Executive- (5 Nos.)
Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- The incumbent should have profound ideas about overall operation of Merchant Banking
- He/she should be smart, energetic and self motivated person; market intelligence will be a plus point.
- Good interpersonal skills and well mannered with a positive attitude towards clients.
Educational Requirements: Candidates must be an MBA or Masters Degree holder form recognized university with no third division/ class or CGPA not below 3.00.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the field of customer service department of any Merchant Bank or Brokerage House.
- Applicant with exposure to any Merchant Bank well be given preference.
3. Research & Development Officer- (2 Nos.):
Job Description/ Responsibilities: Shold have profound knowledge in Fundamental & Technical analysis.
Educational Requirements: Candidate must be an MBA or Masters Dgeree holder form recognized university with no third division/ calss or CGPA not below 3.00.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the related field.
- Applicants with exposure to any Merchant Bank will be given preference
4. IT & Settlement (Trade Settlement) - (2 Nos.)
Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- Responsible for smooth operation of portfolio Management.
- Maintaining liaison with software vendor.
- Responsible for maintenance of MBD Software and design MIS report as and when required by the Division.
Educational Requirements: Candidate must have Hos. Graduate or Masters Degree holder in Computer Science form recognized university without any third class/ division.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the field of information & Technology of any reputed financial organization.
- Applicants with exposure to any Merchant Bank will be given preference.
