Position: Head of General Service & Securities

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Procurement of all types of goods and services as per procurement guidelines of the Bank.
  2. Preparation of work order to the contractor for interior decoration works of the branch.
  3. Arrangement to procure all types of goods and services for new branches.
  4. Providing accommodation for executives and officers.
  5. Keeping stock of all types of stationary (printing, office, computer and security) and supplying those on requisition.
  6. Up keep of office and office premises.
  7. Repairing and maintenance of all kinds of tangible & intangible assets.
  8. Lottery ticket collection and distribution.
  9. Phone deposit book collection and distribution.
  10. Gift item stock maintenance.
  11. Purchasing insurance for Cash (Branch) and Head Office vehicles.
  12. Providing all sort of utility services and support services to the branches and other divisions/departments of the Head Office.
  13. Preparation of stock report on various stocks maintained by the Division.
  14. Assurance of safety & security of Bank’s Head Office and Branches.
  15. Insurance: Cash in Safe, Cash in Counter, Cash in Transit and so on.
  16. All kinds of ‘Security Printing & Stationary’ (Cheque Books, Pass Books, Ledgers, Vouchers, Account Opening Form, FDR Block etc.).
  17. Maintain the safe custody of the Security Papers.
  18. Installation of CC TV, Foreign Exchange Rate Board etc.
  19. Purchase of all kinds of IT equipments through approval of competent authorities.
  20. Purchase and maintenance of Bank’s mobile, telephone, laptop and other light equipments.
  21. Maintenance of fixed assets.
  22. Arrangement and procurement of Bank’s vehicles for smooth banking operations.
  23. Correspondence with all outlets of TBL regarding maintenance of decoration works and other related services.
  24. All other related jobs required to run this Division under the supervision of Operation Division.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be a post graduate in any discipline without any 3rd Class or 3rd Division in academic career.
  2. At least 10 – 12 year experience in financial institution along with minimum 4 year experience related to activities in General Service.
  3. Clear concept of banking transactions.
  4. Proactive.
  5. Age limit is 48 years. However it is flexible for deserving candidates.

Pay Package : As per the Pay Scale of the Bank.
Position          : Senior Assistant Vice President/ Vice President.
Job Location  : Dhaka.
