1. B.Sc Engineer (Civil)

Educational Qualification: B.Sc in  Civil Engineering form any reputed university

Experience Requriements: At least 01 yrs experience in Real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, monitoring and follow-up all the construction activities.
  • Have to prepare document and support to the organization.
  • Elaborate the needed project reports and supervise the project partner’s reports.
  • Assist in the project budget preparation and monitoring the budget.

2. Sales Executive

Educational Qualification: Graduate / BBA in Marketing from a reputed Local / Foreign University .

Experience Requriements: At least 02 yrs experience in Real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with customers.
  • Building, establishing & maintaining good relationship with clients.
  • Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
  • Marketing visit, client hunt, creating marketing opportunity.
  • Preparing sale information, analysis and reports to meet deadlines.
  • Report to Management in weakly base.
  • Strong sales closing capacity.
  • Must be target obtained, abele to discharge responsibility & be result obtained.
  • Should have the ability to develop ideas and achievement.
  • Hard working, amiable and able to work under pressure.

3. Front Desk Executive (Female)

Educational Qualification: Graduation from any discipline

Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound and outbound calls, bills, letters and divert to corresponding departments, maintain register of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Introduce company to the visitors/inbound callers and make available information for them.
